Replacing a longstanding prior tenant, the renovation included significant upgrades such as contemporary lighting, open-concept shelving, and minimalist design elements that align with MINISO’s signature aesthetic. The retrofit also incorporated updated flooring, high-efficiency HVAC systems, and optimized layouts to enhance customer flow and shopping experience.
